麻豆传媒 Announces 2024 Annual Meeting Results

AURORA, Ill., November 8, 2024 鈥� 麻豆传媒., a leading provider of high- performance network infrastructure solutions, today announced voting results from its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on November 5, 2024 (the 鈥淎nnual Meeting鈥�). At the Annual Meeting, the stockholders voted on the one proposal as described below.

Proposal 1-Election of Directors:

Each nominee was duly elected at the Annual Meeting to serve as a director until the Company鈥檚 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and received the number of votes indicated beside his name below.聽

Upon re-election to the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting, each Director, except Mr. Duitsman, received a restricted stock grant for 3,012 shares of Class A Common Stock. The awards will vest 100% on the first anniversary of the grant date.聽

Mark A. Zorko, a member of the Board since 2017 and Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Compensation Committee, completed his term as a director at the 2024 Annual Meeting. The Company thanks Mr. Zorko for his service on the Board and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.
